Donaify helps eligible individuals, communities, organizations, and charities create fundraising campaigns and
receive support from donors. We aim to make online giving clear, accessible, and accountable while applying
identity verification, campaign review, and fraud-prevention controls.
Who operates Donaify
Donaify is owned and operated by Omni Spectrum Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited, a company
incorporated in Pakistan. Donaify is a technology platform and is not itself a charity, bank, investment service,
payment institution, or regulated escrow provider.
How the platform works
1. An eligible organizer submits a campaign and supporting information.
2. Donaify reviews the organizer, campaign purpose, supporting evidence, and payout details.
3. If approved, the campaign may accept donations in United States dollars through available third-party
payment methods.
4. Funds may be received by the Company before payout and remain subject to verification, fraud checks,
refunds, chargebacks, reserves, and these policies.
5. A verified organizer may request payout when the eligible balance reaches at least USD 25.
Fees
Donaify charges a 3% platform fee, normally deducted from the gross donation amount before the campaign
balance is paid out. Payment-processing fees are charged to the donor and must be displayed before the
donor confirms payment. Banks, card issuers, and payout providers may impose additional fees or currency-
conversion charges outside Donaify's control.
Trust and safety
Identity verification for campaign organizers and authorized representatives.
Documentary evidence for campaign claims where appropriate.
Risk-based sanctions, fraud, and transaction screening.
Ongoing review, payout holds, and removal of campaigns that breach our policies.
Refunds in limited cases such as unauthorized use, duplicate payments, processing errors, or confirmed
fraud.
