Effective date: 1 August 2026. This Policy explains when and how eligible campaign funds may be paid to
organizers.
1. Payout model
Payouts are manual and made only on request after a campaign has an eligible balance and the organizer,
beneficiary, authority, campaign purpose, and payout account have passed required checks.
2. Minimum amount and currency
Minimum eligible payout: USD 25.
Campaign balances are maintained in USD.
Balances below USD 25 remain pending until the threshold is reached or Donaify chooses another lawful
resolution for an inactive or closed campaign.
3. Request requirements
Completed account, identity, and address verification.
Verified bank or payout account in the eligible recipient's name.
Current campaign evidence, beneficiary authorization, and use-of-funds information where requested.
No unresolved fraud alert, sanctions issue, refund, chargeback, legal claim, or material policy concern.
Sufficient eligible balance after platform fees, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, provider costs, and
adjustments.
4. Review and transfer estimates
We aim to begin reviewing a complete payout request within five business days. Additional verification, bank
checks, weekends, public holidays, provider delays, high volume, legal review, or incomplete documents may
extend the process. Transfer times after approval depend on the receiving bank and payout provider and are
not guaranteed.
5. Holds, reserves, and staged payouts
We may delay, reduce, split, reverse, or withhold a payout and may maintain a reasonable reserve for
expected refunds, chargebacks, fraud, processor exposure, disputes, taxes, or legal obligations. A hold is not
a finding of wrongdoing and may remain until the relevant risk is resolved.
6. Destination and ownership
Payouts normally go to a bank account or approved payout method in the verified organizer's, beneficiary's, or
organization's name. We may refuse third-party accounts, cash instructions, anonymous destinations, or
destinations that do not match verification records.
7. Supported countries
Payout availability may include Pakistan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New
Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and
selected EU or EEA countries, but only where current providers and law permit. Country support may change
without creating a right to payout through a specific route.
8. Fees, returns, and exchange
Any payout fee, intermediary-bank fee, return fee, or conversion charge will be disclosed where known and
may be deducted where permitted. A receiving bank may impose additional fees. Incorrect details may cause
rejection, return, delay, or loss; the organizer is responsible for accurate information.
9. Negative balances and recovery
Refunds, chargebacks, penalties, or errors may create a negative campaign or account balance. We may set
off that amount against reserves, other campaign balances, or future donations and may require
reimbursement from the organizer.
10. Inactive, removed, or disputed campaigns
If a campaign is removed or the organizer becomes unavailable, Donaify may hold funds, request beneficiary
or legal documentation, refund donors where feasible, transfer funds to an eligible verified beneficiary where
lawful, or follow instructions from a court, provider, or authority.
