Effective date: 1 August 2026. Donaify reviews campaigns before publication and may continue reviewing
them afterward.
1. Review objectives
Confirm the organizer's identity and authority.
Assess whether the purpose is understandable, lawful, and permitted.
Identify fraud, sanctions, safety, privacy, and payment risks.
Check that claims are supported where reasonable and sensitive information is handled appropriately.
Confirm a workable payout route and beneficiary relationship.
2. Information we may request
Identity, address, organization, ownership, and bank documents.
Beneficiary consent or relationship evidence.
Medical letters, invoices, quotations, school documents, disaster evidence, event details, or other proof
relevant to the campaign.
A spending plan, target explanation, timeline, or updates.
Source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information for unusual activity.
Translations, certified copies, or direct confirmation from issuing institutions.
3. Review outcomes
Approve for publication.
Approve with edits, limits, additional disclosures, or a lower target.
Request more information or pause review.
Restrict countries, payment methods, donation sizes, or payout timing.
Reject or remove the campaign.
Refer the matter for enhanced review, refund, provider consultation, or lawful reporting.
4. Ongoing monitoring
Approval is not permanent. We may review campaign edits, unusual donation patterns, complaints, public
information, chargebacks, beneficiary concerns, changes in law, or new evidence. Organizers must promptly
report material changes and may be required to post an update.
5. Medical, emergency, and sensitive campaigns
We may require evidence from a qualified institution or professional and may limit publication of medical
records, identity numbers, children's information, home addresses, or other sensitive data. Review does not
verify medical advice, prognosis, treatment quality, or cost.
6. Organization and charity campaigns
Organizations may be required to prove registration, tax status, authority, bank ownership, and legal ability to
solicit funds in relevant countries. Donaify does not grant charitable status and does not guarantee tax
deductibility.
7. No endorsement or guarantee
Review is a risk-control process, not an audit, certification, endorsement, warranty, or guarantee. Donors must
make their own decision and may contact the organizer before donating.
8. Appeals and complaints
An organizer may ask for reconsideration by emailing support@donaify.com with new, complete, and verifiable
information. Donaify's decision remains final unless applicable law requires otherwise.
