Effective date: 1 August 2026. This Policy governs acceptable use of Donaify accounts, content, technology,
and communications.
1. Honest and lawful use
Use the platform only for a genuine, lawful, permitted fundraising purpose.
Provide truthful information and keep campaign, beneficiary, identity, and payout information current.
Respect donor choice, beneficiary dignity, privacy, intellectual property, and applicable law.
Use campaign funds consistently with the stated purpose and explain material changes.
2. Account and payment integrity
Do not create duplicate or deceptive accounts, impersonate others, evade suspension, or conceal
ownership or control.
Do not use stolen cards, unauthorized bank accounts, fabricated donations, card testing, transaction
laundering, or false chargebacks.
Do not split, route, layer, or disguise activity to avoid limits, screening, verification, or provider controls.
Do not sell, transfer, rent, or give account access to another person without approval.
3. Content standards
Content must be accurate, relevant, respectful, and supported where reasonable.
Obtain consent before publishing another person's image, name, story, health information, or documents.
Do not publish identity numbers, full bank details, passwords, full card numbers, private addresses, or
unnecessary sensitive information.
Do not use misleading urgency, guaranteed outcomes, fabricated endorsements, or manipulated media.
4. Technical restrictions
Do not hack, probe, scan, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass controls, introduce malware, scrape
at scale, or access non-public systems without written authorization.
Do not automate account creation, donations, messages, clicks, or campaign activity in a deceptive or
abusive manner.
Do not copy or reuse platform content, software, trademarks, or data except as allowed by law or written
permission.
Responsible security research must avoid privacy harm, service disruption, and data access and should
be reported privately.
5. Communications and community conduct
Do not spam, threaten, harass, deceive, pressure, or exploit donors, organizers, beneficiaries, or staff.
Do not send unlawful marketing or use donor data for unrelated purposes.
Do not request payment outside approved Donaify channels in a manner that deceives donors or evades
platform controls.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts, hold or refuse payouts, refund donors,
preserve records, and report activity as described in the Terms. We may consider seriousness, intent, harm,
history, cooperation, and legal or provider requirements.
7. Reporting
Report abuse, security issues, or prohibited activity to support@donaify.com. Include the relevant campaign
URL and evidence, but do not send unnecessary sensitive data.
