What is Donaify?
Donaify is a donation-based fundraising technology platform operated by Omni Spectrum Technologies (SMC-
Private) Limited. It allows eligible organizers to create campaigns and donors to support them.
Is Donaify a charity or bank?
No. Donaify is not a charity, bank, investment platform, deposit account, or regulated escrow service.
Individual campaigns may be created for eligible people or verified organizations.
Which currency is used?
Campaign amounts, donations, balances, and minimum payout thresholds are stated in USD. A donor's card
issuer may convert the charge into another currency and may apply its own fee or rate.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa and Mastercard may be accepted. Apple Pay and Google Pay may appear when supported by the
approved payment processor, device, browser, card, and country. Availability is not guaranteed.
What fees apply?
Donaify charges a 3% platform fee, normally deducted from the gross donation before payout. The donor pays
the payment-processing fee, which must be shown before checkout confirmation. Third-party bank or currency
fees may also apply.
Can a donor get a refund?
Donations are generally final. Limited refunds may be available for unauthorized use, duplicate payments,
technical errors, confirmed fraud or serious policy violations, or when required by law or provider rules.
Changing your mind or a campaign missing its goal is usually not enough.
Does a campaign have to reach its target?
Not normally. Campaigns use flexible funding unless the campaign page expressly states an all-or-nothing
model.
Who can create a campaign?
An eligible person aged 18 or older or an authorized organization representative in a currently supported
country, subject to identity, campaign, and payout review. A parent or guardian must manage a campaign for a
minor.
What KYC documents are required?
Individuals may need a government ID, selfie or liveness check, address evidence, bank details, and
campaign proof. Organizations may need registration, tax and authority documents, representative identity,
organization bank details, and ownership or control information.
What is the minimum payout?
USD 25 of eligible funds after fees, refunds, holds, reserves, and adjustments.
How are payouts requested?
Payouts are manual and requested through the organizer account. A complete request is reviewed before
transfer. Verification, bank, provider, legal, or fraud checks may delay or prevent payout.
Which campaign countries are supported?
Potentially supported countries include Pakistan, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New
Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and selected EU or EEA
countries. Actual availability depends on current KYC, banking, payout, sanctions, and legal support.
Are donations tax deductible?
Not automatically. Tax treatment depends on the campaign, recipient, donor country, and applicable law. A
Donaify receipt is not a tax certificate unless an eligible organization expressly provides one.
How do I report a campaign?
Email support@donaify.com with the campaign URL, reason, and relevant evidence. Do not send
unnecessary sensitive data.
